Getting started is simple. You can contact our team by phone or email to discuss your support needs. From there, we will arrange services based on your requirements and availability.
In many cases, services can begin within a few days depending on availability and scheduling.
Yes. We understand that support needs may change over time. Services can be adjusted to better suit the participant’s situation and preferences.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice where possible. This allows us to adjust schedules and offer the time to other participants who may require support.
For services funded through the NDIS, cancellation arrangements generally follow the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, which may allow providers to claim for short-notice cancellations where appropriate.
